Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and website operated by RockThisLife.AI ("we", "us"), including the apps Nouri and Peppys (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Not medical advice

The Services are wellness and journaling tools. They are not a medical device, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Vin, our AI assistant, is software — not a doctor, dietitian, pharmacist, or licensed healthcare provider. Anything Vin says is general information based on what you've logged. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, your medications, your supplements, or any compound you take.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not use the Services for emergency communication.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own what you log in the Services — your meals, your routines, your notes, your conversations with Vin. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services for you. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train third-party AI foundation models.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
• Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our source code or AI prompts
• Use the Services to harm yourself or others, or to encourage others to do so
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI output

Vin generates responses using large language models. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or out of date. Treat Vin's responses as one input among many, not as authoritative truth — and never as medical, legal, or financial advice.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, your subscription is governed by Apple's terms, and payment, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple. Subscription terms shown at the point of purchase form part of these Terms.

Service availability

We work to keep the Services reliable but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including individual features. Where reasonable, we will give advance notice of material changes.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as the disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SITUATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCKTHISLIFE.AI AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RockThisLife.AI harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TBD — set jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [TBD — set venue], and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these Terms
