Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RockThisLife.AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications, including Nouri and Peppys (the "Apps"), and our website at rockthislife.ai.

What we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plaintext.

Content you create

The Apps let you log information such as meals, supplements, routines, notes, and conversations with your AI companion Vin. This content is stored on our servers so you can access it across devices.

Device and usage information

We collect basic device information (model, operating system version, app version, time zone) and an Apple push notification token so we can deliver reminders. We also log anonymous usage events to understand which features are used.

How we use your information

• To operate and improve the Apps
• To personalize Vin's responses based on your logged history
• To send transactional notifications (such as reminders you've set up)
• To diagnose bugs and crashes
• To respond to your support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train foundation AI models.

How Vin (our AI) works

Vin uses third-party large-language-model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate responses. When you send a message to Vin, the message and relevant context from your account (for example, recent meals or supplements you've logged) are sent to one of these providers for processing.

Under our agreements with these providers, your content is not used to train their models. The providers process your data only to return Vin's response, and they delete it on a short retention schedule.

Who we share data with

• Service providers who help us run the Apps: cloud hosting, AI model providers, push-notification delivery, and email delivery. They are contractually limited to using your data only to provide their service to us.
• Legal requests when we are required by law (such as a valid subpoena). We will challenge overbroad requests.
• In the event of an acquisition, your data may transfer to the acquiring company, who will be bound by this policy or one substantially similar.

Storage and security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our backend is hosted on Microsoft Azure. We follow industry-standard security practices, but no system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

Your rights

You can:

• Access and export your data through the App or by email
• Correct inaccurate information at any time within the App
• Delete your account — this permanently removes your content from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law

Children

The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

If you are using the Apps from outside the United States, you understand that your data will be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you in the Apps or by email before the changes take effect.
